We offer $2 untracked shipping through Canada Post for smaller Canadian orders. Untracked packages can take up to three weeks to arrive, depending on your location.

Please note that untracked shipping does not include tracking or insurance. Untracked orders that are lost in transit cannot be replaced.

Tracked shipping is also available at checkout . Get free tracked shipping on Canadian orders over $100 pre tax.

All U.S. orders are shipped tracked and DDP, meaning no additional duties or brokerage fees will be charged by the carrier upon delivery.

Tracked U.S. shipping is available for a flat rate of $17 USD. As the actual cost of cross-border shipping is often much higher, a minimum purchase of four items is required to help us continue offering this reduced rate. Orders containing fewer than four items may be cancelled and fully refunded.

Contact us as quickly as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet the address can be updated. Once it has been sent, changes cannot be made to the address and a replacement will not be sent
